ACC is a well-capitalized construction firm that provides decades of experience, years of industry relationship’s and state of the art management systems. All members of ACC’s Management Team have decades of experience in the building industry with proven experience in construction project management, estimating and scheduling who are well known throughout the construction industry as experts in construction management and administration.

Examples of recent projects include:
• Potter-Burns Elementary School - This project comprises the complete renovation of the existing school including hazardous materials abatement, and includes new roofing, new windows, new main entrance stairs, ramp and canopy;  new lighting, new electrical and fire alarm systems, new HVAC, new sprinklers, new security system, a new hydraulic passenger elevator; new finishes, etc.
• Warwick Schools 2016 Renovation Project –  As part of the Warwick Schools Consolidation Program the former Veterans Memorial High School (now a junior high school) and Pilgrim High School received updated auditoriums including new seating and AV systems; finishes were updated through-out both facilities including new ceilings, painting, and new automatic entrance doors and security hardware was installed.  This project started the last week of June and was completed for the opening of school the last week of August.
• URI 2016 Residence Hall Renovation Projects – 2 separate construction contracts comprising renovations to four residence halls completed during the 2016 summer recess. 
• Noel Judicial Complex - This project comprises the complete fit-out of the existing shell of the court-rooms located on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor of the Noel Judicial Complex. Work includes all woodwork, paneling, railings, moldings, gypsum board, wood doors and metal frames, hardware, acoustical ceilings, and grid, painting, carpeting, acoustical wall panels, projection screens, HVAC, fire protection, power and lighting, fire alarm, and system control wiring.
• South Kingstown Recreation Center - The project comprises a 28,250 square foot pre-engineered metal building with a glazed curtain wall/aluminum entrance with rolling doors, a full-size gymnasium with a divisible curtain, walking track, and retractable bleacher seating.  Completed in April 2017.
• Lincoln Woods State Park – Completed in April 2017, the new Lincoln Woods Beach Pavilion Project includes a new beach pavilion and site improvements that will modernize facilities and visitor amenities at the Lincoln Woods beach while also improving energy efficiency and enhancing water quality in the lake as well as reducing impacts to nearby wetlands.
• Rhode Island College – Fogarty Life Science Building Renovation and School of Nursing Addition – Dedicated in September 2016, this 9,000-square-foot addition to the existing building includes a fundamentals lab, a health assessment lab, a human patient simulator room and a debriefing room; and included a new administrative suite and a lobby/lounge area.   Site work included a new parking lot, landscaping and irrigation system.
• URI Residence Hall Kitchen & Bathroom Renovations – This fast-pace construction project was awarded in July 2015 and completed 7 weeks later.
• Smithfield Public Schools Capital Improvement Project – The Smithfield Schools Project was phased over two years and included roof replacement projects; fire alarm upgrades; ceiling system and lighting replacements at several schools, as well as ADA renovations.
• URI 2015 Residence Hall Door and Lock Replacement – Group 4 – Awarded in June and completed in August 2015.
• Potowomut Fire Station –This project provided for a new one story 9,542 square foot two-bay fire station with a community police station.
• Slater Park Pavilion – This fast paced project provided for a new picnic pavilion with adjoining restrooms & office/storage building.  The project was completed 6 weeks ahead of schedule.
• Amos House New Community Center –Dedicated in May 2016, this project is comprised of a new 3-story 29,000 square foot building housing a new soup kitchen with a larger dining hall, classrooms, community rooms, training centers and consolidated staff offices.  A full-scale carpentry shop and a classroom for the culinary program will replace the existing offsite locations.
• NORAD Facility Expansion Project – ACC is the construction manager of this new Design/Build 30,000 square foot parts warehouse for North Atlantic Distribution Inc. which supplemented their existing 150,000 facility that has a storage capacity of over 23,000 vehicles. 
• URI 2014 Residence Hall Door and Lock Replacement – Two separate construction contracts which were phased over the winter and spring semester breaks. 
• CVS Caremark – new Digital Experience Center, completed in August 2014, features 29,400 square feet of space on two floors featuring an open plan with a focus on collaborative space and integrated technology.
• Coventry High School Athletic Field Complex – completed in November 2014 this project comprised upgrades to the high school outdoor athletic complex and included site improvements including new parking lot, new football field with irrigation system, synthetic running track, new track and field events, bleachers for home and visitors, concession/pressbox, electronic scoreboard and facility signage.
• The Veterans Memorial Auditorium for the Rhode Island Convention Center - Completed in October 2014 involved phased construction providing renovations to the office tower and Administrative offices. The second phase of this project included renovations and refurbishment of the Auditorium, Lobbies and Vestibules which began in late June after The Vets season ended for the summer and was completed for the opening of the fall 2014 season.
• Coventry Schools Renovation Projects – This project included boiler replacements, site improvements, and roof replacement projects at the Coventry High School, the Feinstein Middle School, and four elementary schools completed during the summer of 2013.  Total construction cost was
• URI Roger Williams Dormitory Complex Renovation – two separate contracts comprising four dormitories involving the complete renovation of the bathrooms and door replacements completed in 75 days.  Upon completion, URI issued a change order to replace the remaining doors /hardware in all four dormitories; that work was completed during the winter break.
• Eaton Aerospace Corporate Headquarters - This this fast-paced phased construction project was funded under a grant provided by the US Department Of Commerce Economic Development Administration to the City of East Providence’s Waterfront District Commission, comprised the complete renovation of an existing manufacturing facility to provide 33,000 of Administrative and R&D Offices and 110,000 feet of manufacturing spaces. Total construction completed in less than 6 months from start to finish.
• Denison Pharmaceuticals - The work included Building, ADA and Fire Code upgrades; new Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Process Water, Process Waste and Security Systems. Interior renovations include new partitions, new ceilings and soffits; new interior and exterior doors and hardware; new millwork, casework, fixtures and built-in components; and new finishes throughout.  Construction began in November 2011 and was completed 6 months later in April 2012.
